Now is he talking about petitioning to stop some source of illegal Tropica
imports, or to protest the fact that it IS illegal to import?

I didn't know anyone had been illegally importing Tropica.  Though I suppose
they wouldn't be publicising it everywhere.  I also didn't know that Tropica
plants had been banned after 12 years of importation.  Thought they simply had
never been approved.  Anyone have any details on this?  Forward them to me in
email if it's something that's common knowledge or has already been discussed in
the list.

I do suppose that one easy source for illegal imports would be to get them sent
down from here in Canada.
