I would have to say George has answered all questions completely and should
put an end to this thread.
The only suggestion I have would be to ensure that the needle Valve has a
threaded end that screws directly into the output of the Regulator.
The advantage of this is that from the output of the needle valve to the
tank etc. requires no hose clamps or fittings that need to deal with any
significant pressure.
