You can treat them as you would Discus. A well-planted aquarium and they
won't _care_ about the lighting.
I searched Deja dot com for a posting I made to UseNet last year in response
to a request for breeding information. If you're interested, it's at

Luckily, this "reposting" fell _after_ Deja's current cut-off date, unlike
the original. If you have thoughts of future efforts here, then you might
