Potassium and chemical symbols
The following statement was in a past APD issue.
"The LaMotte Potassium kit is $37.30 and will do 100 tests. Reagent refills
(100 tests) is about $27. So the A.L. kit works out to about $1.87 per test
vs. LaMotte at $0.37"
I've checked the LaMotte site and can't find a Potassium test kit. Would it
be labeled as something other than a Potassium kit? Also, being a newbie,
and not a chemist, could someone please take to time to list the various
applicable symbols such as NO3, PO4 etc and what they represent. A list of
those applicable to aquatic plants and fish would be greatly appreciated.
