HO ballasts
I would love to convert or replace my existing ballasts (I assume I would
need to) to use HO lights. But cost would play a role. Does anyone know
about what I would expect to pay for a ballast designed for HO lights
versus what a normal ballast costs? The bulbs themselves run $20 some
dollars, if I'm not mistaken.
