jobes - dosage size??

Well I found Jobes Palm etc...now I need to know how big a peice I should be
using per plant.
55 Tank is lightly planted....   2 lg Amazon Swords
                                            2 sm Swords
                                            18 Apon
                                            5 java fern
                                            2 large "clumps" of Java
moss(actually 2 lg plastic plants that are covered in it)

I remember something about 1/4 stick per plant - not the moss of course, and
perhaps not the fern as it is technically not rooted in the substrata?
