Is this fluorescent dark green stuff algae?
Hi,
I hope someone here can help me out with my recent problem...
I have had algae before but something weird happened lately. My gravel and
plants have been covered with something dark, almost fluorescent green. It
looks like a very dense spider-web. The stuff is very easy to 'tear-off'
whatever it glows on. It comes down in sheets almost effortlessly. The
problem is though that it grows rapidly and I can't control it. It also
seems to be killing my plants...
Does anybody have any ideas as to what it is and how I can fight it?
