CO2 and slightly off topic

I need help from all the chemist and
experienced CO2 gurus out there. I am
looking for a way to increase the
ambient concentration of CO2 over my
entire backyard garden (600 sq. ft). The
yeast bubblers we build for our tank
just wont suffice. Is there some
chemical like Hydrogen carbonate or
Sodium carbonate or anything else that I
can inject into the sprinkler system
that would give off CO2 as the water
evaporated? Obviously the solution need
to be as close to inert as possible.

Sorry for the off topic post but I am
really having a touch time finding a
solution to this.
