nutrient deficiency symptoms

I can't find on the krib the wonderful article that lists the various 
symptoms of micro and macro nutrient deficiency in plants... like for 
example right now I have a lily with misshapen new leaves, and I don't know 
what the tank needs. I got busy toward the end of the semester and stopped 
fertilizing the tanks over a month ago. This one has fluorite substrate 
over peat, & very, very low Ca & Mg, very high carbonate hardness and 
alkalinity out of the tap, so I add some RO water when I remember to do 
water changes.

Anyway, any help diagnosing this problem with the leaves and locating that 
particular resource on the web again would be much appreciated. =)
