Propagating anubias coffefolia

Does anyone on the list have experience with propagating this 
plant? If I cut the rizhome into smaller pieces, will new leaves 
grow at the cut? I also read about nicking the rizhome with a 
sharp knife, and new branch would grow. Will the new branch be 
as big as the old rizhome? Thanks for any info.
