|Hello Greg,
|
|One of my favorite products made by your company is a small algae pad that
|out-performs any similar product I have ever tried. It is self described as
|being "cross hatched" which is why is almost wipes the green spot algae off
|by itself. The only problem that I have with this product is that I can't
|find it anywhere to replace my aging ones (even though they last almost
|forever).
|Does Seachem still make them? Do you know where I can get some?
|
|Thank you,
|

Hi Alan,

I have found the easiest way to clean off algea from my tank walls is to use the
green little scrubbie pads found in just about any store. They are quite
universal for many differant jobs...one of which I use to clean off algea. They
are cheap as heck and last forever. After 3 years of use in 3 differant tanks
(2 of which are 55gallon) I am still on the same pad. It barely shows any wear
and tear. They are great on glass, usually only one swipe and they take off the
toughest, thickest algea! When I used to run filters, I used them to clean my
whisper 300's.
