Ever since, I've been looking for a safer way to feed frozen foods.---I
have a small net that is used to strain live BBS.  When I feed frozen
foods, I use the net to hold the food under flowing tap water and rinse
all of the food until all of the ice has melted and I am sure that all
of the nutrient rich fluids are rinsed away.  This way I am sure that
all I am feeding is the foods and none of the unnecessary liquids or
nutrients.
