Coverting ppm to degrees and vice versa?


I just got some new Lamotte Test kits after being frustrated
with the accuracy of the cheaper kits I had. Being use to measureing
KH and GH in degrees, can anyone tell me what the formula is
to convert ppm to degrees and vice versa?
