Bushy nosed plecos (aka Bristlenosed plecos) are good in planted tanks.
They stay small (4 inches or so)  and for the most part they don't bother
plants.  Some people have noticed that as the clean plant leaves, they will
occasionally clean a little too hard, and damage the leaf some.
