I too, recently placed an order from Dave Gomberg. He had a question
about my order and called me. I received the order (minus the Tropica
catalog) and emailed him about it. He promptly emailed me back telling
me it would take a little longer, it was mailed separately. In another
week or so it arrived. I had questions about the iron kit and he was
extremely helpful and sent me several emails answering my questions. I
had a very nice experience with him.
As a sidenote, to anyone who hasn't tried Tropica Master Grow and is
considering it, DO IT! I have a very low tech (at least currently)
setup and even my plants grew about 5-7 inches since receiving the
order. Incredible difference!! You could almost hear them growing!
