Thanks to everyone who responded about my missing shrimp. Most people felt 
it was the upside-down cat, or possibly the gouramis, but I have never seen 
the gouramis harass anything. Whereas the cat hides in a rock cave all day 
like a little vampire. I think I will remove him (especially since I want to 
get a small school of neons at some point, and I'd hate to just see them 
bulging out of his stomach!)
