Sera CO2 Test

I mail ordered a Sera CO2 test kit, and used it last night.
This test has only three readings: "not enough," "too much," or "just
right."  I can not imagine that all you pros out there are using the same
test kit that I just purchased.
I have my CO2 cranked-up so fast that I can not count the bubbles (4 per
second, probably) in my 75 gal tank.  The test reads "not enough".  And my
pH is at about 7.2 still (pH goes to 8.4 w/o CO2 injection).
Two questions:
1.  Is anybody familiar with the Sera CO2 test?
2.  Is there a better CO2 test that you recommend?
