i'm trying to help the folks at the brooklyn botanic garden re-do their deep pond with aquatic plants. i was wondering how deep can vallisneria be planted and still thrive. Vallisneria gigantea grows in my tanks like a weed and form these long ribbons on the surface. this pond is almost 10 ft deep. how low can it be planted? does anyone know? tsuh yang chen, nyc, USA
