I don't know if this a oops or what;  I went to the KoiVet site (which I get
all the time too. A great site for those into Koi and goldfish too.)
http://www.koivet.com/program.htm and Doctor J. gave one pill to 1000 gals
of water!!
    "Large Dog" size, [White] Program is used. DOSE: One tablet per thousand
gallons to be treated - the pill is crushed *extremely* fine and mixed with
a gallon or so of water - the emulsion is distributed around the pond
evenly...Discontinue UV and Carbon during this time.   JiM C.
