I think now is a good time to hand out certificates to those adoptatank
programs out there, signed by Robert Rice and whoever else he wishes.
We need to know the name of the facility where the adoptatank is
located.... the person who was intrumental in setting it up the person
who oversees the tank at the facility and the date the adoptatank was
first set up.....    RR do you think mr Tomelieri (sp)  (I can spell
German but my Italien went south with the Pasta) will allow us to use
his artwork on the certificate?.
