That's all good advice.  I have been using chicken liver lately in my
traps and it seems to be drawing in good mixes of fishes too.

One more thing though.  Carry a fishing pole with you that has a larger
treble hook on it and some 20lb. test line.  You can use it to retrieve a
lost trap.  Sure beats impromptu swimming...
