I almost hate to bring this up again...

SPAM baby, SPAM!!!  It's meaty, greasy, salty, and spicy--the perfect
combination for attracting hungry cats.  It is also a lot less messy
than chicken guts or any of that stuff.

Shrimp is another good one (the kind you get for the barbeque),
preferably whole.  I've never met a catfish that could resist a tasty
shrimp dinner.
