I currently maintain a few tanks of SA livebearers and native fish at
my childrens school. A few of the teachers do in fact Do use the
aquariums as teaching aids. Its always exciting for me to have a few
children catch the "fish" bug, and develop a keen interest in fish, as
opposed to video games etc. The fish do belong to the children, but Im
just not comfortable yet with second graders doing weekly water changes
without me standing by:)
