Re: NFC: oscar diet study

What is the goal of this expirement? Pure curiousity? I have always wondered
how well oscars would do being raised commercially for food. I can just see
it on the grocery market under some catchy name like "brazilian red bass".
Better than Tilapia I bet. Take care.
