Subject: Massachusetts 1999 small research contracts program
I received a bulletin in the mail from the Massachusetts
Natural Heritage&Endangered Species Program. They will
be accepting requests for proposals received through February 19,
1999 to conduct surveys/research for rare plant and
animal species. This is open to anyone, but it is
recommended to contact the program before submitting a
proposal to determine if it meets their objectives.
