NFC: Congratulations, its a ... list?

JL runs around to everyone's house, handing them a cigar.  Wooh, I'm
tired.  But, thats allright, I'm apparently a true masochist!  
Thats right -- I'm putting in a request for <gulp> 7 new lists.  The last
three are preexisting lists which will be moved over to the Actwin server.
I see this as beneficial for two reasons:  ONe, it means everything will
have the familiar adress of list at actwin_com.  Secondly, all the commmands
will be identical.  They'll all be fielded by Majordomo.  The lists are as
follows: 


Cyprinids - A list for discussion of native members of the family
cyprinidae, collecting, keeping, breeding, and so on.  A daughter list of
the NFC List.

NFCBreeders - A list for discussion of breeding our native fishes.  A
daughter list of the NFC List.

Predators - A discussion list for our native predacious fishes, such as
gar, pike, and so on.  

Lawyers- A discussion list for our native bottomdwellers, such as Madtoms,
Catfish, Darters, Sculpins,  and so on.  A great place to discuss any of
those ooze sucking, bottom dwelling predators.  

FWL - THe Fish Wish List:  A list for posting requests for fish, fish for
sale, and -- of course -- the Fish Wish List.  A reminder that no posts
from commercial scale operations are permitted.  

NoExotic - A list for discussion of issues relevant to the Exotics Removal
Program.  

Sunfish - A discussion list for Sunfishes.
