Re: NFC: Darter Tank in limited room



Yes, as I have one at home.  Simply use a power filter at one end if you 
want to keep riffle darters with a substrate of gravel.  Rocks and 
plants are good also for cover and the plants uptake excess nutrients.  
Box filters can also be used for darters found in quiet waters 
(Tesselated, Iowa, Swamp, etc.).  Mine eat daphnia and frozen bloodworms 
(Hikari) with gusto.
