NFC: Fw: Need your filtration adivce

Personally I don't believe in undergravel filters...but  am a big fan of
water changes..... those i believe are more important.... I use a sponge
filter that is about 15 long and about 4 inches square.  At the top I
have a powerhead that i inserted into the sponge.  I keep several
longears and some orangespots in this tank right now, though i am going
to separate the longears after I send Luke his fish on monday, soup or
no soup.  The tank is a 38 and has minnows also
-> I have a 30 gal tank with 1- 6.5 " longear and a 4 1/2" 
-> bluegill..
