Re: lists - another idea - ONE list

 Reminders are sent to people when they are "violators" on this list.  Its
actually a rarity.. aside from constantly yelling at such wet-noodle
victimized individuals as Luke :P, it happens sporadically.  Generally, I
send these off to people OFF list, though. . . .
