It's called the saltmarsh topminnow found betweenW. Fla-Galveston, TX. Theres
a picture of it on plate19 in Peterson's Atlantic Coast Fishes. It says-Both
sexes have narrow bars and 15-30 large dark spots along the side often
arranged in 2 rows; some spots sometimes form short bars. Dark blotch behind
eye, on opercle.8-9 dorsal-fin Rays. to 2.5''
Andy PS those I've seen don't have bars just
