Karen Randall (noted Aquatic Gardener) has been involved in a project
like this in the school system in her area. The school has a web site
set up with guidelines for setting up tanks, maintaining etc. This
might be useful to help set up NFC guidelines. I don't have the URL
saved but I will send a note to the Aquatic Plants list and request
that URL.
