Hey Kudzu,

I know a guy in West Virginia who has a 200 something gallon for sale.
It's glass.  Could save you a lot of trouble.  Don't see how you will do a
tank with three glass sides and plywood.  I've never seen a plywood tank
with more than one glass side.  Anyway, this guy's been buying all this
stuff for a monster reef setup, but now has decided he can't deal with it.
He does things like that.  Let me know if you want to check on it.

I have a 220 gal glass tank.  I run it with three UG filter plates and
three 1150 powerheads only.  Works fine.  Could be a simpler solution for
you.
