OK guys.  Be nice.  I'm sure this person is sincerely frustrated over their
situation.  Of course it's not our fault, but we ought to promote a spirit
of cooperation anyway.

Have you tried the unsubscribe command?  You must send it from the address
which is subscribed to the list.
