Re: BOUNCE nfc at actwin_com: Non-member submission from [klaus.schoening at jungle_org (Segeberger)] (fwd)



Some states (particularly western states) already forbid this practice and
some allow only dead fish or non-fish bait in order to prevent this from
happening.  Maybe that should be promoted elsewhere.
