Re: American Eels



They are long gray with pointy snouts and anywhere from 12-16 inches long
and are very good at getting out of their tanks...They are the true
american eels ( anguilla rostrata) from the gulf of mexico.I live in the
florida panhandle...They are neat but need some special requirments like
a closed tank with lots of live prey ...Around here we catch them in
small creeks on their way up to the Missippi....Let me know what ou have
in mind...............
