For the list:

I keep a colony of labidochromis caeruleus, a Lake Malawi cichlid.
Periodically, I trade my culls to the shop for anywhere from a $30 to
$80
credit. But even if a shop owner only gives you a bag of food for your
efforts, you're 1) getting out and having a good time seineing 2) doing
some good for the environment

Is it legal to sell the exotics? Red shiners make excellent aquarium
pets or
bait, and the mollies and cichlids are, well, mollies and cichlids! If
someone could make some money selling the exotics, it'd be a lot easier
to
get people out there to do it. That's assuming some process was in place
to
only permit those who can recognize the difference, of course.
