Hmm.....You are a bad man......:)   I think the standard that all state
and federal laws apply to trades pretty much covers it in my NSHO....It
is unreasonable to post local and federal laws from each jurustiction
the regulations are the responsibility of the individuals involved......look at exsisting laws for plants,pornography,weapons,marijuana seeds,
etc etc....Those items are limited in some states but not all,  the individual who may order them mail order is the responsible party not the
magazine or catalog that he/she ordered from.....My listing of the above
is not a view on their moral or immoral value just a statement on
exsisting laws....So In this particular point I belive Dan is off base...I do agree NANFA needs a position statement on introductions of species
to new watersheds, such a piece would make a great add on to the one currently in discussion on amending regulations to include recreational
collecting in the fisheries rules and regs.....I look forward to seeing
what can be put on the table........
