Yes it is only right that we send the statement to all states.Some states
may very well allow recreational collecting in such cases the position
statement will only help to form the direction of future regulations.
Ive been told for example it is illeagle to collect any darter from
tennessee yet you beleive that they are covered under bait laws.We need
a definitive yes or no and then begin to work from there.If it is
allowed NANFA and any other organizations that join us can let their
needs be known......
