Lepomis sunfishes will harass minnows and chubs, even large ones.  Crappies
are impressive.  A nice assortment of medium sized sunnies looks good:

longear
redspotted
warmouth
pumpkinseed
shadow bass
green sunfish
dollar
crappie
redbreast
