Talk about naive!  Does anyone really think the IRS will expend any effort or energy on a corp that has less than $10,000 in receipts.  Get real.  And hire a lawyer?  What next, a full time bookkeeper,accountant & financial consultant!  Wow, talk about making a mountain out of a molehill.  And to think, someone in this thread had the nerve to mention petty.  Y'll need to dunk your collective heads in a tank of cold, cold water and come to your senses.  Good lord, give it a rest & get a life.
