IMHO I think that we are missing the main point of all of this. Postal
regulations are federal regulations. If you knowing break Federal
Regulations you can and will face major legal problems. In the past I
never
labeled my fish shipments as such because I was always afraid that
some jerk
would do something to the box out of meanness, however I always knew
it was
legal to do so. Now however it is not, and I think we should all
follow the
law.
