Go to the webpage, then if you want to read or start a new discussion
click on "discussions".  Click on the one you want to read or click on
"new discussion" to start a new one and it will come up for you.  Same
logic applies to the photos pages.  Click on the Photos, then either
select a folder that is already there or "create a new folder" and then
"add pictures".  Really, it's simple.
