My guess it is an ostracod...they come in many
different colors and sizes and are a common
contaminant in daphnia cultures especially if they are
kept outside.  Or you might look up cypris.  Both are
cladocerans and make good fishfood though sometimes
the ostracods can be very hard-shelled.
