Re: NFC: Re: Francis Wagner

Being in the military for over 20 years (with a 19 year break in service
after a 13 month tour of Vietnam) I have a strong believe in our freedoms
and speech is one of them. If Francis Wagner had put a smile face at the end
of statement some may have looked at it in a different light. There are many
that put a message that I don't see eye to eye with on this and many other
list that I belong to, I use the delete key on them. That should be one of
our new freedoms list in D.C... I personally didn't know that a mild comment
like that could have a harsh reaction from the list. I'll have go back (when
I have time) to the opening letter that I saved from this list and see if it
was listed that action could be taken for this misjudgment in the use of
that freedom of speech. I know of a list Mom that gives warning and then
post the rule to remind everyone on her many list what that ruling is. A
repeat of the offending action is then deadly for a year or two, in some
case never to heard from again. My vote and my suggestion is to re post the
rules (yearly?) and let Francis Wagner and the current list take this as a
warning as what will happen for breaking these rules. JiM C. (SFC James E.
Capelle)

P.S. This is just my early morning thoughts before I go to work to do PT
(Yes I work full time with the military now). JC
