Re: NFC: hummers spotted (OT)
We have a little female (species unknown) nesting in a pine tree right above
our front door. The tiny (2" diameter) nest looks like a little turban
sitting on top of a pine cone.
We're hoping the pine cone doesn't drop before the little birds are done!
I'd put out a sugar-water feeder, but I'm not comfortable that this is
really good for the birds.
