	Ah. Majordomo is the culprit, then. Time to switch to a more
modern mailing list software ... ezmlm (Easy Mailing List Manager). 

	It will take care of bounces automatically (if an address bounces
>x number of mails, the user gets unsubscribed automatically). Messages
bigger than a set size get rejected. I think you can also setup MIME
attachments to be removed automatically (but don't hold me on that. I have
not tried it). It can have a digest option and also do an archive. You can
request back messages via email. I like ezmlm although to
subscribe/unsubscribe through a slightly different process.

	You could try asking Actwin to switch to ezmlm (one of the qmail
family of products). It's free. If not, my service provider
(http://emigratus.com) runs ezmlm.
