the way the florida law is written anyone can collect "bait" with a
dipnet. Bait is basically everything except the sport fishes. Wich are
defined individually in the law. So basically the warden was wrong. I
have a bait dealers license so basically it is no big deal to me. However
for individuals in florida id keep a copy of the regs with me with the
bait laws highlighted :)
