I imagine that air pump bearings may be rare.  But, if the bearings that
need replacing have ID numbers on them, or even if they don't your local
bearing supply should have, or should be able to get them.  When replacing
the bearing for any of my vehicles or race bikes I've found that a bearing
supplier can usually get the same bearings for 10 - 25% of dealer cost.

Good luck with the pump...worth a check anyway.
