Alright partner I see you almost got the best of me and you almost won this
hand, But! When I got home today awaiting me was a VA check with a year's of
back student money, so I can see your $26.00 and raise you $1.00 (American)
to place this at $27.00.
    Remember if it's a bidding war you want, the US government (really the
VA) has just underwritten my bidding.
