I had place caught in the St. Johns River a few weeks ago that were curried. They clean them like a catfish, peeling back the skin and then taking the nice white meat outa them. The fellas from Argentina that I met that invited me over for the feast say they are the South American lobster. I dunno bout that.. They were good though. Chris
